These publications were developed for families who are serving in a country outside of their own, though the two handbooks can still be helpful to those who are living in the United States.

iCHED College Prep Handbook 2013 — Newly Updated!

The iCHED College Prep Handbook contains information on high school preparation, choosing the right college, applying to colleges, scholarships and financial aid, and college life. It also contains appendices with additional information. We believe this is the most accurate information we could update as of February 2013. Please be aware there may have been changes by schools or organizations since then or inaccuracies of which we were not aware. If the file is too large to download and you would like it by CD (for a small fee) or if you would like to be notified of the next update, please contact us at the e-mail address below. [Note: While the handbook contains some information for Canadians and others, most of the handbook is geared towards those attending college in the United States.]

iCHED High School to Occupation Handbook 2013 — Newly released!

Not every student chooses to go to college. And yet, for those who have lived most of their lives overseas, there is a lot of information that would be helpful to know...re-entry information, how to get training for a job...how to join the military. This handbook is intended to meet that need. It also includes a list of careers, job search web sites, resources for employment, and creating a resume.
